.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Tammy is about 45 nm northeast of Anguilla
Island near 19.1N 63.0W at 11 AM EDT, and is moving northwest at
8 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 70 kt with gusts to 85 kt, and
the minimum central pressure is 993 mb. Tammy will move to 20.1N
63.6W this evening, then continue to move north of the region
through mid week.
