.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds and moderate seas are
expected through Thu night. Looking ahead, a broad area of low 
pressure (AL94) located about 850 nautical miles east of the 
Windward Islands continues to show signs of organization. It has 
a high chance of tropical cyclone formation through 48 hours. 
Interests in the Lesser Antilles should monitor the progress of 
this system.
