.SYNOPSIS...A surface high pressure ridge over the Atlantic
waters of Puerto Rico will maintain light to gentle SE to S 
winds and slight seas through tonight. Winds and seas will 
increase slightly starting Mon through mid week as high pressure 
builds north of the region. Looking ahead, there is a high chance 
that AL94 could develop into a tropical depression over the 
Atlantic by late this week, which could potentially begin to
increase winds and seas in the area by the end of the week.
