.SYNOPSIS...A surface high pressure over the western Atlantic will 
maintain light to gentle east-southeasterly winds today, then 
becoming more southerly into the upcoming weekend and early next 
week. Although a dissipating long-period northeasterly swell will
continue to affect the Atlantic waters and local passages, 
marine conditions should remain benign during the next few days.
