.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure across the central Atlantic
extends a ridge westward along 22N into the SE Bahamas. This 
pattern will maintain moderate SE winds across the area waters 
before winds diminish slightly and gradually shift E to SE Tue. 
Moderate easterly trade wind flow will then dominate Tue night 
through Thu as high pressure shifts to the N of the Leeward 
Islands. Moderate N to NE swell over the Atlantic waters should
subside some by Thu.
