.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure across the central Atlantic
extends a ridge westward along 21N to just N of Hispaniola. 
his pattern will maintain moderate SE winds across the area 
waters today before winds diminish slightly and gradually 
shifting E to SE Mon night through Tue. Easterly trade wind flow 
will then dominate through the remainder of the week.
