.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure across the central Atlantic
extends a ridge westward along 23N and into the SE Bahamas.
This pattern will maintain moderate SE to S winds across the 
area waters through this evening before winds diminish slightly 
and gradually shift E to SE Sun through Tue. High pressure will
shift N of the Leeward Islands Tue night to bring a return to
easterly trade wind flow.
