.SYNOPSIS...Moderate SE to S winds will prevail across the area 
waters in the wake of Philippe through Sat afternoon before 
gradually shifting to easterly Sun through Tue. Trailing bands of
scattered showers and thunderstorms are across the Mona Passage 
and western waters this morning and will diminish through late 
today. A tropical wave along 64W will move S of the area this 
afternoon and tonight, accompanied by showers and thunderstorms 
across the Caribbean waters.
