.SYNOPSIS...Philippe continues to move northward and away from 
the NE Caribbean this morning and is expected to cross near
Bermuda this afternoon and evening. Moderate SE to S winds will 
prevail across the area waters in the wake of Philippe through 
Sat afternoon before gradually shifting to easterly Sun through 
Tue. Trailing bands of scattered showers and thunderstorms are 
across the Mona Passage and western waters this morning and will
diminish through late Fri. A tropical wave along 64W will move S
of the area this afternoon and tonight, accompanied by showers 
and thunderstorms across the Caribbean waters.
