.SYNOPSIS...Philippe continues to move northward and away from 
the NE Caribbean tonight. Moderate SE to S winds will prevail
across the area waters in the wake of Philippe through Sat night
before gradually shifting to easterly Sun through Tue. Trailing
bands of scattered showers and thunderstorms are across the Mona
Passage and western waters tonight and will diminish through late Fri.
A tropical wave along 63W tonight will move S of the area Fri
through Fri night, accompanied by showers and thunderstorms
across the Caribbean waters.
