.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure extends from the central
Atlantic to the central Bahamas and will shift northward through
mid week, supporting moderate trade winds and moderate seas
through today. Seas will build tonight through Fri over Atlantic
waters in merging NE and E swell as Tropical Storm Philippe 
moves NE of the Leeward Islands.
