.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure extends from the central
Atlantic to the central Bahamas and will shift northward through
mid week, supporting moderate trade winds and moderate seas
through the early part of the week. Seas will build Tue through 
Fri over Atlantic waters in merging NE and E swell as Tropical 
Storm Philippe, currently across the eastern Atlantic, moves NE 
of the Leeward Islands and into the central Atlantic.
