.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure extends from the central
Atlantic to the central Bahamas and will shift northward through
mid week.  Moderate trade winds and moderate seas will prevail 
into early next week. Looking ahead, seas will build Tue through
Thu in merging NE and E swell as newly formed Tropical 
Storm Philippe, currently across the eastern Atlantic, moves NE 
of the Leeward Islands and into the central Atlantic.
