.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure extends from the central
Atlantic to the Bahamas and will shift northward over the
weekend as Tropical Storm Ophelia moves northward and across the
Middle Atlantic States. Moderate trade winds and moderate seas 
will prevail into early next week. N to NE swell will subside 
over Atlantic waters through tonight. Looking ahead, seas will
build Wed in merging NE and E swell as newly formed Tropical 
Depression Seventeen moves NE of the Leeward Islands as a 
tropical storm.
