.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure extends from the central
Atlantic to the Bahamas and will shift northward over the
weekend as Tropical Storm Ophelia moves northward and into the 
Middle Atlantic States. Moderate trade winds and moderate seas 
will prevail into early next week. Regional seas will increase
over Atlantic waters beginning Mon night as NE and E swell merge
across the local area.
