.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure extends from the central
Atlantic to the Bahamas and will shift northward over the weekend
as Potential T.C. Sixteen moved northward and into the Middle
Atlantic States. Moderate trade winds and moderate seas will 
prevail into early next week.
