.SYNOPSIS...Old northerly swell in the Atlantic and also
Caribbean passages will decay into Mon, while a set of 
northeast to east swell will arrive Mon night through Tue night.
Gentle to moderate winds will prevail through the week. Isolated
thunderstorms are expected in the Atlantic waters, particularly 
during the afternoon hours.
