.SYNOPSIS...Northerly swell moving through the Atlantic and  
Caribbean Passages will gradually diminish through today. New 
swell is forecast to arrive from the NE to E Sun night through 
Wed due to Tropical Depression Fifteen, which is forecast to 
remain well NE of the area. Meanwhile, light to gentle winds will
prevail in the Atlantic regional waters, increasing to moderate
early next week, with gentle to moderate winds in the Caribbean.
Some isolated thunderstorms are expected in the Atlantic waters,
particularly in the afternoon hours.
