.SYNOPSIS...Northerly swell moving through the Atlantic and  
Caribbean Passages will gradually diminish through today. New 
swell is forecast to arrive from the NE to E Mon through Wed due
to Tropical Depression Fifteen, which is forecast to remain well
NE of the area. Meanwhile, light to gentle winds will prevail in
the Atlantic regional waters with gentle to moderate winds in 
the Caribbean.
