.SYNOPSIS...Northerly swell moving through the Atlantic and  
Caribbean Passages will gradually diminish through tonight. New 
swell may arrive from the NE to E early next week due to newly 
formed Tropical Depression Fifteen which is forecast to remain 
well NE of the area. Meanwhile, light to gentle winds will 
prevail in the Atlantic waters with gentle to moderate winds in 
the Caribbean. Some isolated thunderstorms are expected in the 
Atlantic waters through at least tonight.
