.SYNOPSIS...Large northwest to north swell moving through the NE
Caribbean Passages will gradually diminish through this evening.
Gentle to locally moderate SE winds will become easterly tonight
and prevail through early Mon. Ongoing moderate seas in the 
Atlantic regional waters will continue through mid week due to a
possible tropical cyclone that will move far NE of the area Tue 
and Wed.
