.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Lee is N of the area near 31.8N 68.3W at
5 PM EDT, and is moving north at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds 
are 75 kt with gusts to 90 kt, and the minimum central pressure 
is 956 mb. Lee will continue moving toward the north and pass to 
the W of Bermuda tonight. Large northwest to north swell across 
the adjacent Atlantic and moving through the NE Caribbean 
Passages will gradually diminish through tonight, then diminish 
quickly Fri. Moderate E trade winds will return to the Caribbean 
on Fri.
