.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Lee is near 21.0N 59.9W at 11 PM EDT, moving
west-northwest at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 90 kt with 
gusts to 110 kt. Minimum central pressure is 962 mb. Lee is
expected to move slowly W-NW through Mon night and gradually
strengthen, and will reach near 21.6N 60.9W Sun morning, near 22.4N
62.3W Sun evening, near 23.0N 63.5W Mon morning, near 23.3N 64.7W
Mon evening, near 23.6N 65.6W Tue morning, and near 24.0N 66.6W 
Tue evening. Large E swell is dominating the waters east of 67W 
this evening, and will reach 70W Sun morning, and gradually 
become NE and then N Sun through Tue, and move through the
Caribbean Passages and into the local Caribbean waters. Local 
seas associated with Lee are not expected to diminish 
significantly until the end of next week.
