.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate SE winds will prevail through Fri.
A northerly swell will continue to propagate across the Atlantic
waters and passages through Wed. Looking ahead, an area of low 
pressure located over the central tropical Atlantic about 900 
miles west-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands is forecast to 
become a tropical depression or tropical storm over the next day 
or so, and should cross 55W by Fri. Winds and seas could increase
across the Atlantic waters on Sat.
