.SYNOPSIS...Moderate E to SE winds and moderate seas will 
prevail across the region through the forecast period. A 
tropical wave will continue to cross into and move across the 
eastern Caribbean waters overnight through Wednesday. This will 
aid in increasing the frequency of passing showers over portions 
of the regional waters and passages. Isolated thunderstorms are 
also possible each afternoon mainly off the western coastal 
waters of Puerto Rico.
