.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Franklin is near 25.9N 70.0W at 5 PM EDT, 
moving north-northwest at 7 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 85 
kt with gusts to 105 kt. Minimum central pressure is 970 mb. 
Franklin will intensify and move to near 27.0N 70.6W Mon 
morning, then continue moving N-NE and exit the region late Tue. 
Otherwise, high pressure will build westward across the western
Atlantic Tue through Thu as Franklin lifts N of the region. 
Small to moderate NW to N swell will continue across the area 
waters through Mon.
