.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Franklin is near 25.1N 69.3W at 11 AM EDT, 
moving north-northwest at 7 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 85 
kt with gusts to 105 kt. Minimum central pressure is 971 mb. 
Franklin will strengthen and move to 26.0N 70.0W this evening, to
near 27.4N 70.7W Mon morning, then continue moving N-NE and exit
the region late Tue. Otherwise, high pressure ridging will
prevail S of Franklin late Tue through Thu. Small to moderate NW
to N swell will continue across the area waters through Mon.
