.SYNOPSIS...A surface high pressure in the central Atlantic will
maintain moderate to fresh easterly winds, causing choppy marine
conditions across the area. A wind surge will continue over the 
weekend and will generate hazardous seas across sectors of the 
regional waters with seas up to 7 ft and wind gusts near 30 kt. 
Hazy skies due to Saharan dust will persist. Developing areas of
low pressure over the Atlantic can enhance winds and seas across
the area early next week.
