.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave will move across the area today, 
bringing fresh E to SE winds and moderate seas with it. Expect 
these conditions over the Atlantic and Caribbean waters through 
Fri. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are also expected with 
the wave passage. Moderate to fresh E to SE winds will likely 
persist through the weekend. Seas may build in easterly swell
early next week.
