.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave will move across the eastern 
Caribbean late tonight into Thu, bringing fresh E to SE winds 
and moderate seas with it. Expect these conditions over the 
Atlantic and Caribbean waters tonight through Fri. Scattered 
showers and thunderstorms are also expected with the wave 
passage. Fresh E to SE winds will likely persist through the
weekend.
