.SYNOPSIS...Moderate winds will prevail in the Atlantic and 
Caribbean waters today. A tropical wave will move across the 
eastern Caribbean from Thu through Thu night, bringing fresh to 
strong E to SE winds and moderate seas with it. Expect these 
conditions over the Atlantic and Caribbean waters Wed night 
through Fri. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are also 
expected with the wave passage.
