.SYNOPSIS...Moderate winds will prevail in the Atlantic and 
Caribbean waters through Wed. A tropical wave will move across 
the eastern Caribbean from Thu through Fri, bringing fresh to 
strong E to SE winds and moderate seas with it. Expect these 
winds to impact the Atlantic and Caribbean waters Wed night 
through Fri. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are also 
expected with the wave passage.
