.SYNOPSIS...Moderate NE to E swell will gradually subside today.
Moderate winds will prevail in the Atlantic and Caribbean waters
through Wed. A tropical wave will move across the eastern 
Caribbean from Thu through Fri, bringing fresh to strong E to SE
winds with it. Expect these winds to impact the Atlantic and 
Caribbean waters Wed night through Fri. Scattered showers and 
thunderstorms are also expected with the wave passage.
