.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds will continue across the region
through Tue. Moderate NE to E swell will gradually subside into
Tue. Winds are expected to diminish to mainly moderate speeds on
Tue in the Atlantic and Caribbean waters through mid-week. A 
tropical wave will move across the eastern Caribbean from Thu
through Fri. It will be followed by fresh to locally strong E to
SE winds. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to 
accompany the wave.
