.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds will continue across the region
through Tue. Moderate NE to E swell will propagate through the 
Atlantic waters as well as the NE Caribbean passages today, then
gradually subside into Tue. Winds are expected to diminish to 
mainly moderate speeds on Tue in the Atlantic and Caribbean 
waters through mid-week. A tropical wave will move across the 
eastern Caribbean from Tue afternoon through Wed night. It will
be followed by fresh to locally strong E to SE winds. Scattered 
showers and thunderstorms are expected to accompany the wave.
