.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds will continue across the region
through Tue. Moderate NE to E swell will propagate through the 
Atlantic waters as well as the NE Caribbean passages through 
tonight before gradually subsiding by Tue. Winds are expected to
diminish to mainly moderate speeds on Tue in the Atlantic and 
Caribbean waters through mid-week.
