.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds will continue across the region
through Tue. Moderate NE to E swell will propagate through the 
Atlantic waters as well as the NE Caribbean passages through Mon 
night before gradually subsiding by Tue. Wind speeds will
continue to be fresh over the Caribbean waters through most of
the week. Winds are expected to diminish to mainly moderate 
speeds by Tue in the Atlantic waters.
