.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds will continue across the region
through Mon. Moderate NE to E swell will propagate through the 
Atlantic waters as well as the NE Caribbean passages today
through Mon night before gradually subsiding Tue. Wind speeds 
will diminish to mainly moderate speeds by Tue. Looking ahead, a
strong tropical wave could cross the E Caribbean Wed night 
through Thu night, potentially causing an increase in winds and 
seas behind the wave.
