.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure over the central Atlantic near
34N37W extends a ridge west-southwestward to the northwest 
Bahamas. A 1011 mb gale force low pressure system near 22N52.5W 
has a high chance of becoming a tropical cyclone within the next 
48 hours as it moves northwestward. The high pressure will shift 
E-NE through the week which will yield gentle to moderate SE 
winds across the regional waters Tue through Wed, before easterly
winds return Wed night.
