.SYNOPSIS...A surface high pressure over the central Atlantic 
will maintain moderate to fresh trade winds across the regional 
waters and passages through the weekend. The moisture behind a 
departing tropical wave will continue to enhance the shower 
activity across the local waters today. This will generate 
choppy marine conditions for small craft. Winds and seas will 
diminish by early next week.
