.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure over the central Atlantic will
maintain moderate to fresh trade winds across the regional 
waters and passages through the weekend. A tropical wave in the
vicinity is enhancing winds and shower activity across the local
waters through Saturday. High pressure will weaken across the 
region early next week leading to diminished winds and seas.
