.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure over the central Atlantic will
maintain moderate to fresh trade winds across the regional 
waters and passages through the weekend. An approaching tropical
wave will increase winds and shower activity across the local 
waters later today through Saturday. High pressure will weaken
across the region early next week leading to diminished winds and
seas.
