.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure over the central Atlantic will
maintain moderate to locally fresh east to southeast winds for 
the next several days. Winds and seas are expected to diminish 
late Sun through Mon, ahead of a strong tropical wave expected 
to approach the Leeward Islands at that time. Surface low
pressure may develop along the wave.
