.SYNOPSIS...Moderate convection will continue to decrease across
the local waters and passages this morning as a moisture 
trailing a tropical wave now west of Hispaniola, exits the 
region. A surface high pressure over the central Atlantic will 
maintain east to southeast moderate to locally fresh winds for 
the next several days. A trade wind perturbation will increase 
winds and shower activity across the local waters late Friday 
through Saturday.
