.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the western Atlantic 
will support fresh trades into midweek. Moderate seas will 
increase some by midweek. A tropical wave, Invest AL95, will
continue to move through the eastern Caribbean waters through 
late Wed with locally heavy rains and strong gusty winds 
accompanying the wave.
