.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the western Atlantic 
will support fresh trades into midweek. Moderate seas will 
increase some by midweek. A tropical wave, associated with Invest
AL95, will move through the eastern Caribbean waters today 
through late Wed. Strong E winds and showers and thunderstorms 
will accompany this wave.
