.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the western Atlantic 
will support moderate winds tonight, then fresh trades into mid-
week. Moderate seas will prevail through early week, with some 
increase in wave heights possible by mid-week. A tropical wave is
expected to move through the eastern Caribbean forecast waters 
from Tue through late Wed.
