.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave that is currently moving through the 
tropical Atlantic waters will move across the eastern Caribbean 
from Sat morning through Sun night. High pressure will build 
over the region in the wake of tropical wave, supporting mainly 
moderate winds over Atlantic waters, and moderate to fresh winds 
over Caribbean regional waters through Sun. Looking ahead,
another tropical wave move across the area Mon and Mon night.
