.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trades and moderate seas will 
persist most of the forecast period. A tropical wave is forecast
to move across the regional waters tonight into Wednesday. This 
will bring an increase of showers and thunderstorms across the 
local waters along with deteriorating marine conditions. Rough
seas are ongoing in the Atlantic regional waters and are 
forecast to continue through Wed night as the tropical wave moves
to the central Caribbean.
