.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trades and moderate seas will persist
most of the forecast period. A tropical wave is forecast to move
across the regional waters tonight into Wednesday. This will bring
an increase of showers and thunderstorms across the local waters
along with deteriorating marine conditions.
